Real Time Genomics offers RTG Investigator sequence analysis software to approved biological investigators free for personal use. Please register here and you will have a response from us within 48 hours.
We quickly accept registrations where the e-mail address links the registrant to a specific organization. If you must use a public e-mail address with a domain such as gmail/yahoo/hotmail, please provide in the comment field a description of your organization and/or the intended use of RTG Investigator.
Once approved, you will be given a private link to download RTG Investigator and a renewable individual license good for 12 months.

Summary of license allowance and restrictions:
a) individual use license means for your use in any research, even collaborative ones, as long as you process the data yourself - you may not establish a service or product with the software from which you are compensated directly or indirectly
b) store on your local file space and move around as necessary - you may not put on a central file server for everyone to use
c) cluster computing with multi-threaded processing on each node is allowed on up to five simultaneous computing systems
